The daily log includes the nature, date, time and general location of each crime reported to the department, as well as the disposition of the complaint, if the information is known at the time of publication. The department posts incidents in the Campus Crime Log within two business days of receiving a report and reserves the right to exclude reports under certain circumstances. #13-0609 Theft $500-$2,499: Other (Misdemeanor); Occurred Thurs., 5/16/13 at 4:00 p.m. Reported Thurs., 5/16/23 at 4:09 p.m. Three students reported that four juveniles removed their unsecured and unattended property from a party in the 800 block of 19th St. without consent. DPS detained three of the subjects. MPD responded and took the detained subjects into custody.

#13-0601 Battery; Occurred and reported Mon., 5/13/13 at 9:44 a.m. A person not affiliated with Marquette battered another person not affiliated with Marquette in the 2100 block of W. Wisconsin Avenue. The suspect fled the scene but was located and detained by DPS. MPD took the suspect into custody.
#13-0604 Disorderly Conduct; Occurred Mon., 5/13/13 between 6:05 p.m. and 6:17 p.m. Reported Mon., 5/13/13 at 6:17 p.m. A person not affiliated with Marquette reported being involved in an altercation with two people not affiliated with Marquette on a Milwaukee County Transit bus in the 1500 block of W. Wisconsin Avenue. MPD assistance declined.

#13-0587 Theft & Vandalism; Occurred Wed., 5/8/13 between 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Reported Fri., 5/10/13 at 6:00 p.m. A student reported that another student removed her unsecured, unattended property est. at $60 from McCormick Hall and also vandalized some of her property. Est. damage unknown at this time.
#13-0588 Criminal Trespass; Occurred and reported Fri., 5/10/13 at 7:11 p.m. A person not affiliated with Marquette trespassed in the Union Sports Annex and was taken into custody by MPD.
#13-0590 Vandalism; Occurred Fri., 5/10/13 between 11:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Reported Fri., 5/10/13 at 11:51 p.m. Unknown person(s) vandalized university property in Cudahy Hall causing an est. $200 in damage. Facilities Services contacted.
#13-0593 Vandalism; Occurred Sat., 5/11/13 at 1:29 a.m. Reported Sat., 5/11/13 at 1:39 a.m. A student vandalized an elevator in Schroeder Hall causing an est. $1,000 in damage. The student agreed to make restitution.
#13-0595 Misrepresentation Of Age: Using Another Person’s ID; Occurred and reported Sat., 5/11/13 at 10:28 a.m. An underage student was in possession of another person’s drivers license in Structure One and admitted to using it in the past to purchase alcohol.
#13-0596 Disorderly Conduct; Occurred and reported Sun., 5/11/13 at 12:40 p.m. A person not affiliated with Marquette acted in a disorderly manner in the dock area by the Jesuit Residence and was cited by MPD.
#13-0598 Theft; Occurred Sat., 5/11/13 between 12:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. Reported Sat., 5/11/13 at 7:51 p.m. A student reported that unknown person(s) removed her unsecured, unattended property est. at $505 from a business in the 1600 block of W. Wells.

Wisconsin Avenue.#13-0599 Burglary; Occurred between Sat., 5/11/13 at 11:24 p.m. and Sun., 5/12/13 at 2:16 a.m. Reported Sun., 5/12/13 at 2:16 a.m. A student reported that unknown person(s) forcibly entered his secured, unattended residence in the 2100 block of W. Michigan and removed property est. at $6,000. MPD contacted.
