Admissions – Parents can play a key role in recruiting students to Marquette by making phone calls to incoming parents, answering questions at college fairs and hosting admissions events.
Family Weekend – The Parents Association sponsors Family Weekend each year and plays a leading role in the organization of the event. Parent volunteers assist throughout the weekend.
Preview and Orientation – By volunteering on campus at these events, you can make the parents of new students feel welcome and secure during an uncertain time.
Parent Gatherings – Parent volunteers host small gathers of other parents. These gatherings are a great social opportunity to meet parents in the area and for Marquette staff to connect with parents.
Join the Board – All parents are welcome to join the Parents Association Board of Directors. The board meets twice annually and is a group of energetic, warm, friendly parents who want an extra connection to the University.
Parents Fund – A special part of Marquette Today that supports the student body and programs they utilize daily. Donating to the Parents Fund is the easiest way to make an impact while your student is here. Marquette is supported by our generous alumni, parents and friends who believe in the work, mission and students of the University. Give to Marquette Today!
