Virginia "Bea" Root Scholarships
Amount:  $500 and $1,000
Deadline:  October 1, 2017

Applicant must be a senior pursuing their education in spinal cord injury medicine in the fields of Nursing, Practical Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Recreational Therapy at a Wisconsin university.  Applicant must demonstrate financial need and be willing to seek employment in a Spinal Cord Injury Unit or Rehabilitation facility.

American Nephrology Nurses' Association Scholarships
Amount:  Varies
Deadline:  October 15, 2017

Various scholarships are available to undergraduate and graduate nursing students who are involved in nephrology nursing related health care services.  Applicant must have been an ANNA member for a minimum of 2 years.  Additional criteria may apply for some scholarships.

Amount:  $750

Applicant must be enrolled in a health-related program at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Physical Therapy Scholarship
Amount:  $1,000

Applicant may be any college sophomore, junior, senior or grad student enrolled in a Physical Therapy program at an accredited college in 2017.  Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must be a current graduate student pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing degree.

The Kyle Gohr Scholarship

Applicant may be any student with a declared major related to mental health and who will be enrolled during the 2018-19 academic year.

National CPR Association
Amount:  $2,000

Applicant may be any undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a healthcare related field, such as Dental, Medical, EMT, Nursing, Pharmacy or Respiratory Therapy.

The scholarship is open to nursing students enrolled in a baccalaureate, master's or doctoral degree program in nursing with a GPA of 3.25 or higher.

Applicant must be admitted or enrolled in a baccalaureate or higher degree nursing program and must maintain at least a 3.2 GPA.

Applicant must be at least 18 years of age, a U.S. citizen and enrolled in a Health Care related field.

Holy Family Memorial Scholarship Program
Amount:  $5,000

Applicant must be accepted into an accredited program in pursuit of a qualifying degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Sonography, Occupational Therapy Speech/Language Pathology or Chaplaincy.  Student must be attending school full- or part-time and have a 3.0 cumulative GPA.  Recipient of the scholarship is expected to make an employment service commitment to Holy Family Memorial in Manitowoc, WI after graduation.

Applicant may be any undergraduate junior or senior Business, Engineering or Pharmacology student enrolled at an accredited U.S. university. Applicant should demonstrate an interest in serving the needs of others.

Navy Nurse Candidate Program
Amount:  Up to $34,000
Deadline: No deadline
