Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an accredited LVN/LPN, RN degree (AND or BSN), diploma, or RN-to-BSN program, and must begin/have begun classes no later than Jan. 31, 2015.  Enrollment may be on a full-time or part-time basis.

Holy Family Memorial Scholarship Program

Applicant must be accepted into an accredited program in pursuit of a qualifying degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Sonography, Occupational Therapy Speech/Language Pathology or Chaplaincy.  Student must be attending school full- or part-time and have a 3.0 cumulative GPA.  Recipient of the scholarship is expected to make an employment service commitment to Holy Family Memorial in Manitowoc, WI after graduation.
