Making an Ignatian retreat is a privileged time for prayer and reflection, but the success of a retreat is ultimately measured by how it impacts our everyday choices and relationships. Every part of our lives is an expression of our companionship with God and a reflection of God's grace working through us. In this way, the exercises provide a framework for interpreting our experience and connecting the seemingly disparate parts of ourselves to each other. The following represent just a few of the many lenses through which we view the questions of the first week of the exercises: What have I done for Christ? What am I doing for Christ?
