I am having trouble accessing the library databases from home/work. What should I do?

WORK:

If you are having problems accessing the library databases from work, there is a very good chance that your workplace has a firewall that is preventing you from using the Marquette proxy server.  If you are uncertain about the existence of a firewall, ask the Systems expert at your workplace.

If you have any questions or continue to experience problems, please call the Raynor Memorial Library Information Desk (288-7556).

HOME:
Access to most of the licensed databases does not require any browser software configuration changes.  There are a few databases that require the use of Marquette's VPN when accessing these databases from off-campus.
