Responsibilities: Coordinates the transfer and accession of electronic records; converts, validates, describes, preserves and makes
accessible through appropriate digital asset management tools. Assists in the creation of digital collections, using appropriate metadata standards, and creation
of associated content in conjunction with the University Archivist. Advises university staff and faculty in the proper procedures for transferring electronic
records. In consultation with archivists, assists in identifying appropriate workflows for electronic records received as a part of manuscript collections.
