  • Research Carrels for faculty and graduate students are available.  For more information and a downloadable application see the research carrel policies or contact Raynor Circulation Services at 288-7555.
  • Classrooms Classrooms in Raynor Library (R227, 20 seat and R245, 30 seat) may be reserved for occasional, one-time use when not reserved for library programming; please use the classroom request form.
  • Glass display cases are primarily reserved for promotion of library collections and services; inquiries should go to Matt Blessing, 288-5901.
  • Group study rooms - Study rooms in the lower level of Raynor are first-come, first-serve for groups of 3 or more.  Study rooms on the 1st and 2nd levels of Raynor may be reserved by contacting the Circulation Desk at 288-7555.  For more information see Library Use Policies for group study rooms.
  • Prucha Archives Reading Room (3rd floor) and Archives Seminar Room (360A), contact Matt Blessing at 288-5901.
  • Seminar Room R301 and Tommy Thompson Conference Room: Contact the Raynor Library Dean's Office Reception at 288-7214.
  • Table tents for Brew @ the Bridge - Tables for informational tent placement may be reserved through Conference Center Services.  Contact Calvin Jemison at 288-6785 to make a reservation.
  • Tables may be reserved for the use of student organizations; placement on the Bridge will be arranged through the Conference Center, 288-6785.  Two tables (max.) are allowed on the Bridge at a time for a reservation period of up to two days.  For policies on informational flyers and posters, see the Exhibits page.
  • Teaching & Learning Center - Seminar Room (R320A) and Classroom (R320H).  For reservations and equipment support contact Nicholas La Joie at 288-8808.
