- The main rooms of the Conference Center are comprised of the
Beaumier Suite (Rooms R060A, R060B and R060C). These rooms are the anchor of the
center and can be used separately for small to midsize meetings or a combined room B/C scenario
can be used for large meetings and presentations.
- Two group study rooms, D and J, are available for small meetings on a
case by case basis.
- Group study rooms E through H can be used as breakout rooms for
conferences. These rooms are reservable only in conjunction with the Beaumier
Suite.

- There is a spacious lobby outside of the Beaumier Suite that can be used
for pre-gatherings, breaks and displays of conference related items.
