The University’s Internet service provider (Level 3) continues to experience issues resulting in general Internet slowness and sporadic outages. In addition, webinars and streaming video may be of poor quality and credit card readers will work more slowly.

Currently there is not an estimate to restore service to normal. The problem is nationwide as shown by the map of the outage.
