Guests who received an Inauguration invitation and would like to register online can do so using this form. Please respond by Friday, September 5. Inauguration Ceremony tickets will be mailed to off-campus guests.

Registration and ticket information for members of the Marquette community

Faculty information

All members of the faculty have been invited to participate in the Inauguration Ceremony academic procession. Members of the academic procession will represent a cross-section of the Marquette family, including faculty, staff, students, alumni and friends, as well as community representatives and delegates from learned societies and other universities. For planning purposes, it is important to know how many faculty will join us in the academic procession. Faculty should indicate their participation in the academic procession by Friday, August 29. Faculty participating in the academic procession do not need a ticket for the ceremony.

Academic apparel will be worn for the academic procession. Members of the procession are responsible for providing their own academic apparel, which can be ordered online by Friday, August 29. Distribution of academic apparel will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, in the Alumni Memorial Union, 448.

Faculty who are not walking in the procession will need a ticket for the ceremony and should pick one up in the Brooks Lounge. One ticket per Marquette ID will be available for pick-up in the Brooks Lounge beginning on Monday, August 25.

Staff and student information

Members of the Marquette community, including students, faculty and staff, do not need to register for events online; however tickets are required for the Inauguration Ceremony on Friday, September 19, at the Al McGuire Center. One ticket per Marquette ID will be available for pick-up in the Brooks Lounge in the Alumni Memorial Union, beginning Monday, August 25.

MUSG is sponsoring a “gold out” for the Inauguration Ceremony. The first 500 students to pick up their Inauguration ticket will receive a free gold Inauguration T-shirt, as well as VIP seating in a special student section at the Inauguration Ceremony.

Brooks Lounge hours for faculty, staff and student ticket pick-up

One ticket per Marquette ID will be available for pick-up during regular business hours in the Alumni Memorial Union, Brooks Lounge, beginning Monday, August 25.

Monday – Thursday: Noon – 11:30 p.m.
Friday: Noon – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday: 2:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

Brooks Lounge Labor Day Hours:

Friday, August 29: Noon – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 30: CLOSED
Sunday, August 31: CLOSED
Monday, September 1: 5:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
