Information for delegates

Individuals who wish to serve as delegates for the Inauguration Ceremony must contact their alma mater (Office of the President, Office of the Provost or University Advancement) to receive authorization to serve as a delegate. Academic institutions will receive a formal invitation to send a delegate, and it is up to each academic institution to choose its delegate representative. Once an individual has been authorized as a delegate, he or she should fill out the delegate registration form below.

Marquette faculty members who would be willing to serve as a delegate for their alma mater, if one is needed, should indicate as such on the faculty response form. Faculty members who are willing to serve as delegates for their alma mater will be contacted by someone on the Inaugural Planning Committee by September 5 if a representative is needed.
