Information regarding 2010 plan updates and annual enrollment were mailed to your home the week of Oct. 12, 2009.

One change for the 2010 calendar year is a significantly expanded network of providers for both the PPO and EPO health plans - the United Healthcare Choice Plus network. We encourage employees to review this new provider network prior to or during the Annual Enrollment period to verify whether your providers are participating.

    • Click on the letter "U"

    • Click on Medical or Behavioral Health
    • Enter the provider or facility name you are verifying
]]> 1256219800 Thu, 22 Oct 2009 08:56:40 -0500 <![CDATA[Register for an On-Campus Health Risk Assessment]]> http://www.marquette.edu/hr/news/recent.php?subaction=showfull&id=1254587989&archive= Marquette University employees have an opportunity to participate in a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) process to earn a 5% discount on 2010 medical premiums.  To qualify for the discount, employees must complete two parts of the HRA: biometrics screening and online health questionairre. 

Beginning Monday, Oct. 5, employees can schedule an on-campus health risk assessment. Call 1-877-765-3213 and press "1" to make an appointment, or register online.  Appointments are available Oct. 26 through Nov. 20. Employees can also see their primary care provider for a health risk assessment.
