Sigma Phi Epsilon Balanced Man Scholarship

Deadline: November 15, 2009

The Sigma Phi Epsilon Balanced Man Scholarship will be awarded to two freshman males who, during their high school careers, have exhibited a balanced lifestyle; incorporating both a Sound Mind and a Sound Body- a set of principles and ideals the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity believes men should pursue in order to live a complete life. The Balance Man Scholarship recognizes men who exhibit academic excellence, demonstrate leadership skills, and are committed to personal health and well-being. Being a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon or any fraternity is not required to apply for or to receive this scholarship. Two awards will be given to different recipients: a $500 and $250 scholarship.

The eligible candidate must:

 

  • Be a freshman male.
  • Have achieved a high school GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Submit the application no later than November 15, 2009.
