MEEN Department Alumni Survey

Thank you for taking time to complete the alumni survey. As noted in the letter, you have the option of filling out and anonymously submitting the results via the internet or the enclosed envelope.

If you decide to use the web form and experience problems with the form not displaying correctly, you will need to change the display setting on your browser. For Macintosh users using the Safari browser, you may need to perform the following steps:

1. On the toolbar, click on File.
2. From the menu, select Preferences.
3. Then select Appearance.
4. Set Default encoding to Unicode (UTF-8).

For Windows or Internet Explorer users,

1. On the toolbar, click on View
2. Click on encoding and select Unicode (UTF-8)
