About Us

The College of Education Scholars Fund

The education professionals we prepare -- Teachers, School Counselors, Principals, Administrators, Student Affairs professionals, Non-Profit leaders, Clinical Mental Health Counselors and Counseling Psychologists – all feel called to these noble lines of work.

Our responsibility is to do everything possible to enable them to turn these noble callings into realities, including making their preparation affordable.  Together with supporters, we can help alleviate the cost of a cutting edge educational preparation for our students.  Even modest gifts can collectively make a significant impact, and your generosity will not only touch the lives of our students but all those they serve over the course of their careers.

Of special note is our Lasting Investment in the Future of Teaching (LIFT) scholarship program for aspiring educators. By offering increased financial assistance to our undergraduate teacher preparation program, we will graduate more extraordinary teachers, helping to offset the dramatic decline in young people entering the profession, and impacting schools and children for years to come.

You can direct your scholarship gift to the College of Education by selecting the designation of: Scholars Fund – College of Education on our giving page. If you have questions about the Scholars Fund or supporting the College, please contact our Director of Development, Laura Bolger.
