Dr. Dennis Garrett is an associate professor of marketing in the College of Business Administration. He is on the board of directors of the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau and has been a customer satisfaction and marketing strategy consultant for S.C. Johnson and Co., We Energies, and Marshall & Ilsley Trust Co.
