Some employers communicate to the Career Services
Center that they want to preview resumes and invite certain candidates
to interview. This is called a "pre-select" interview
and requires students and alumni candidates to submit their resumes
in advance of the interview for pre-selection purposes. Candidates
need to submit resumes through MU Career Manager four weeks before
each pre-select visit in order to be considered.
