Since 1974, hundreds of thousands have gathered in Washington, D.C., to march for the rights of the unborn and bring an end to abortion. Once again this year, Marquette is sending a delegation.
Students will leave for Washington, D.C. on Sunday, January 19 at 6:30 pm and return in time for classes Thursday, January 23. Remember, there are no classes on Monday, January 20th because of the celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Trip cost is $180, which includes transportation, accommodations, conferences (Cardinal O’Connor Conference on Life at Georgetown University and/or the Students for Life Conference), and some meals.
This journey is a pilgrimage designed to help students grow in relationship with God and one another while engaging realities surrounding the dignity of the human person. This pilgrimage can be a wonderful time to explore doubts, questions, and ways to live as women and men for others.
