Afternoon of Reflection

Academics, new friends, life in the residence hall, activities, and a social life: how do you balance it all at Marquette? Join us for a chance to step back and reflect on your first weeks with other first year students who are interested in making the most of their time at Marquette.

There will small group conversations facilitated by fellow Marquette students, presentations from faculty and staff, and good conversation with other first year students all centered around the journey, choices, and joyful transition into life at Marquette. The reflection will run from 1 pm until 4:30 pm, and refreshments and snacks will be served. This is a great opportunity to meet a new circle of friends who are also in the midst of their transition into Marquette life.

Open to:

First Year students at Marquette.


Free, but registration is required.


AMU Ballrooms A/B


Check-in begins at 12:30 pm outside the Ballrooms.

Event begins at 1 pm in the Ballrooms.

We will finish by 4:30 pm.
