2.) RECOMMENDER INFORMATION

Please provide the (a) name, (b) e-mail address, (c) phone number, and (d) street address of three people who know you well enough to comment on your faith life, your leadership skills, and your interest in ministry and service. At least one recommendation must come from a faculty member or an administrator at Marquette University, and one recommendation must come from a current Marquette University student. Instructions for recommenders can be found in the Manresa Scholars Recommendation form which can be downloaded here. Recommendations must be received by Friday, February 22, 2013 at 4:30pm.




3.) Essay: Please attach a one to two single spaced page(s) describing (a) your reasons for applying to the Manresa Scholars Program, (b) how your involvement in ministry and service activities thus far has influenced your life, (c) your hopes for what the program can offer you, and (d) your future life goals.




4.) By checking the signature box below, you acknowledge that the above information is true to the best of your knowledge and hereby authorize Campus Ministry to obtain your overall GPA for the purposes of the 2012-2013 Manresa Scholars Program application process at Marquette University.
