Study Abroad Scholarships

Many of the scholarships available for study abroad are for specific regions or students with a specific academic focus. It is often difficult to find scholarships for study in more popular locations such as England, Ireland, Spain or Italy. Scholarships for study in Asia or in developing nations are generally more readily available. Therefore, most students who are looking for outside funding usually rely on loans, creative fundraising or pre-travel employment.

Many individual program providers offer scholarships to their program participants. If you are studying in a Marquette-affiliated or a non-Marquette program, you should contact the program sponsor.

For more information, please see a study-abroad coordinator or the Office of Student Financial Aid.
