About Us

Welcome to Facilities Planning and Management! Facilities Management is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the university building structure and systems. Planning and Project Delivery oversees campus development planning and design, in addition to implementing the university’s capital master plan and improvements to the physical campus. Our purpose is to provide a safe, clean, healthy, comfortable environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors to our campus.
